The location of this colonial-style hotel is perfect for exploring the sights and attractions. It's only a short walk to several excellent restaurants and tourist hotspots. the spacious and comfortable rooms are beautifully decorated, adding to the hotel's charming ambiance. the staff is very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make guests feel welcome.

The prices of food and drinks can be quite expensive, similar to U.S. hotel prices.

'Food options' were quite handy: 'higher-end' full-service dinning or a 'casual' lunch/snack menu as well..breakfast menu was nicely varied & quite delightful too., prices reasonable. ..Perfect hotel to lounge, relax & unwind.. or go 'out & about' - as shopping, dining, markets & attractions are all only steps away..including major 'bus-depot' across the street for longer 'day-trip-excursions'!

Beautiful room, great location. In the middle of the city, very convenient.

The hotel had a parking lot, which was convenient, and it was located near everything we wanted to see. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Our stay was not ideal since the room was uncomfortably hot and stuffy with no air conditioning. The noise from the surrounding area was barely tolerable, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor that permeated the room.

This hotel’s location in the city centre is unbeatable, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and markets. the hotel staff is prompt in responding to emails and queries. the hotel also offers a great view of the cathedral and is close to the Casa Hidalgo restaurant, which serves excellent cuisine with a pleasant atmosphere.

One of the rooms may have a noise issue due to its proximity to the bus station.

Our stay at Casa Colonial was absolutely fantastic. The location was ideal, just steps away from all the main attractions. We loved the traditional and charming decor of the rooms. The pool and gardens were peaceful and relaxing. The service was top-notch, with the staff attending to our every need. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect and relaxing experience.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was situated in a beautiful street in the center that was relatively quieter. Plus, it was just a short walk away from the Cathedral. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including the clean and refreshing pool and the lovely restaurant "Casa Hidalgo" where I enjoyed breakfast every morning. The staff were also outstanding, with everyone being very attentive and accommodating. Lastly, I appreciated the transportation options, as there was a bus station nearby that allowed me to easily travel to different locations.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel certainly did not disappoint. From the moment of arrival, I was impressed by the attentive service and the serene Spa centre. the outdoor swimming pool was tranquil, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas providing a perfect space to relax. In-room breakfast was definitely a highlight, with a delicious variety of options.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the sun terrace was a bit small for the number of guests at this hotel, but the garden area compensated for it. the private facilities in the room, such as the massage and spa lounge, were a welcome addition, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.
